What you get?

With a purchase of virtual Visa for PayPal account verification, you will receive the following details:

• 16-digit Visa Virtual card account number (42XX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)

• 3-digit security code (CVV/CVV2)

• The VCC expiration date (0X/20XX)

• Anonymous; use with any name and address.

• Will come with only enough balance to cover PayPal verification charge

• Does not support PayPal withdrawal and are not re-loadable.

• Must be used within 24 hours upon receiving the details from us.

PayPal 4-digit EXPUSE (Expanded Use Process) code:

• After the VCC has been successfully linked to an unverified PayPal account, VCC will be charged with a fixed, non-refundable amount by PayPal.

• A 4-digit unique code will be generated with the charge and the transaction details along with the code will be reflected on the VCC statement in 3-5 days time.

• We will provide you the code as soon as it is ready via email. Submit the code to PayPal to confirm the VCC and complete the verification process.

NOTE:

VCC is affective as we have already tested it. Also till now no users of us have suffered any problem with it. However, being a VCC agent we are bound to inform you few things as listed below

O Becoming verified does not guarantee that your account access will not be limited by PayPal later on.

O In some case the limitation has resulted in accounts being closed permanently or suspended by PayPal.

O For case of account suspension, we will provide a small compensation which is much lesser than the VCC selling price.

O  Using VCC is the easiest but the riskiest means to verify your PayPal account.
